CSA to Launch in 2024!
Growing up on the farm has been the highlight of my childhood and seeing my parents build their business made me realize how valuable the support from our local community truly is.
The past few years I’ve had the privilege of operating both the farm’s vegetable garden and greenhouse. I’ve learned a lot along the way, but I’ve noticed that a large portion of our produce makes its way to the compost pile.
Although the chickens seem happy about this, it’s sad to see any of our produce go to waste. The past few years we’ve donated thousands of pounds of vegetables and fruits to local food banks, but somehow, we still have produce going to waste.
With that being said, it’s time for growth; expanding community connection, local businesses supporting one another, and quality produce shared with our neighbors. So, with this CSA program, I hope to share my passion for quality, locally produced goods, while contributing to a happy healthy community of our neighboring families and farmers.
